I'm Jocelyn — founder of Fighter Flight Training and a performance coach specializing in MMA-style strength and conditioning and adaptive personal training.
As a former NCAA Top 10 Wrestler, psychology scholar, and NASM-certified personal trainer, I built Fighter Flight around one core idea: true performance comes from the connection between body and mind.
With a background in Kinesiology and Psychology, I coach athletes and everyday movers to unlock their potential through personalized, adaptive programs. I work with all ages and ability levels — including those recovering from injury or training with physical limitations, and those who are neurodivergent — because every fighter's path looks different.
